FULFILLMENT

Online orders will take up to 3 business days to fulfil unless otherwise specified.

SOUTH AFRICA

Domestic courier shipping includes a tracking number and purchases generally take 2-5 business days to be delivered once fulfilled.

Door to Door courier shipping is free for all orders over R1000,00.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is only available on perfume oils. These orders usually take 3-7 days for delivery but may be delayed by country-specific customs procedures.

Shipping costs are calculated on checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Please note that international orders may be liable to country-specific customs duties an/or taxes upon arrival in a country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid directly to the relevant customs authority.

RETURNS 

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. 

We may offer a replacement or a shop credit for defective or broken items only within 15 days of purchase. Please send an email to info@fettleandfrisson.com with any concerns about your purchase.
